Product Quality

At Aroma for Souls we are proud to say we use only the highest quality ingredients.
All products are made to order to ensure freshness and quality. Our soap is made in
small batches and is allowed to cure for a minimum of 4 weeks. We guarantee our soap
to weigh at least 5.5 oz with many of our bars weighing 6 - 7 oz. Our soap is priced very
reasonably for the size of the bar and the high quality of product.

Policies

Questions about your order?
If for any reason our products do not meet your satisfaction, please contact us within
7 days of receiving your order, and will do what we can to resolve the situation. We value
you as our customer and our ultimate goal is your complete satisfaction and continued
business. You will find that customer service is an important part of Aroma for Souls.

Return Policy
For health reasons, we can only accept returns of unused, unopened items. Any returned
item must be made within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund, minus the shipping
cost. You must contact us by email or phone first. You will need to package the item(s)
securely, along with a copy of the receipt, and insure the package for the retail value of
the merchandise. If the problem is on our end, we will pay for the shipping of your
replacement item(s).

The information we provide is for informational purposes only and is not designed or intended

Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order you must do so immediately since we strive to ship within
48 hours of receiving your order. Please email us with your cancellation so that we can assist
you. If your order has already been boxed or shipped a 20% re stocking fee will apply. If the
package has already been shipped you can return it to us within 14 days and we will be happy
to refund your order less any shipping charges.
