The Best Ingredients Make the Best Experiences

At Aroma for Souls our goal is to have the finest handcrafted
soap, bath, and body products you can find. Only the highest
grades of quality ingredients are used in each and every
product we make.

Our soap is full of glycerin, which occurs naturally during the
soap making process and remains in our handcrafted product.
We use additional additives such as Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil,
Kukui Nut Oil and many other exotic oils to bring you a
beautiful bar of soap that is beneficial to your skin.

Many healing herbs, grains and flowers are added for color,
texture and to aid in ex-foliation. We use 100% pure essential
oils. When a colorant is added, we use only top grade pigments,
oxides, ultramarine, and micas that are approved for soap and
cosmetic products. The finished product is a luxurious hand-
crafted soap that is full of aroma. We also create soaps that
have no added scents, but still provide all of the great skin
softening oils of our other soaps. We want you to enjoy your
bathing experience.

Is "Soap" Always Soap?

Most of us grew up using "soap" that was purchased from the
grocery store. Because this "soap" left our skin dry and itchy,
we then turned to using creams and lotions to soothe and
relieve our discomfort; an expensive and temporary relief.

Large commercial "soap" makers want to make their product
last as long as possible, while keeping production costs to a
minimum. To do this, they need to add specific chemicals, that
in turn require removing some glycerin. Glycerin, a natural
ingredient that is part of the saop making process, is a key
component of soap. Glycerin acts as a humectant, drawing
moisture to your skin. Removing glycerin and adding other
chemicals, to create a commercial "soap", can result in dry,
irritated skin.

The next time you go to the grocery store, read a label on
one of the large commercial soap maker's product. You will
seldom see the word "soap" on their product.
